Notice of Policy Change: Mausoleum Entombment Scheduling

Effective: Immediately
Please be advised that our mausoleum entombment scheduling policy has changed due to budget-related cemetery staffing constraints and parking limitations at the Church on the Hill and the Madonna Parish Cemetery Community Mausoleum.

Mausoleum entombments will be scheduled Monday through Friday at the following times:

• 10:30 a.m.
• 11:30 a.m.
• 12:30 p.m.

Saturday mausoleum entombments will be scheduled at the following times:

• 10:30 a.m.
• 11:30 a.m.

Mausoleum entombments will not be double-booked.

Please note that the time slots for inurnments have not changed. Please refer to our website or call the cemetery office for available scheduling times.

Families and funeral directors are asked to plan arrangements within these designated time slots. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we implement this policy change.
